TikReport provides analytics and insights for public TikTok creator profiles, including metrics analysis, creator comparison tools, and historical growth data. Our Service operates on a freemium model with both free and Pro subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

Account creation is required for Pro plan subscriptions and certain app functionalities. You must provide accurate information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Free Plan: Limited tracking capabilities and restricted access to historical metrics
• Pro Plan: Enhanced data access, extended historical metrics, and advanced features
• Payment processing is handled securely through Polar.sh
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only provided when we fail to deliver the expected service outcomes. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with detailed justification.

6. Data Sources and Third-Party Content

• TikTok data is sourced through authorized third-party data providers
• We may display TikTok avatars, video thumbnails, and creator profile information that we do not own or control
• Profile pictures from Google OAuth integration may be displayed for authenticated users
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data

7. Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect and store your email address and name for account creation and management
• We use Google Analytics for website analytics
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
• Your data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws

• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
